Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50+
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Basic tracking available
  • Best for: Budget-conscious riders planning ahead

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your riding apparel fits perfectly and meets your equestrian standards.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, dirt, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets and Safety Gear – Due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns
  • Gloves – For hygiene protection
  • Hats and Scarves – Personal hygiene considerations
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or have removed tags

We take your safety as seriously as you do, which is why these essential safety and personal items must remain non-returnable once they leave our facility.

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in their original packaging and include:

  • All original tags and labels
  • The original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Your Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
